Headland Elementary School

Headland Elementary is a school with a rich history and a heart full of warmth. Located in Headland, Alabama, we proudly celebrated our 100th birthday in May 2024. As a Pre-K through 5th-grade school in the Henry County School District, we are dedicated to creating a positive, supportive, and engaging learning environment where every student is seen, valued, and encouraged to succeed.

Our motto, “Set the standard. Love the kids. Change the world because every minute counts,” reflects our commitment to high expectations, strong relationships, and student success.

We are proud to share that Headland Elementary earned a 90 on the 2024–2025 State Report Card, an achievement that reflects the hard work and dedication of our students, teachers, staff, administration, and families.
