Headland Elementary is a school with a rich history and a heart full of warmth! Located in the heart of Headland, Alabama, we've been a cherished part of the community for over a century. Having celebrated our 100th birthday in May 2024, we are a proud Pre-K through 5th-grade school where every student is seen, valued and supported. As part of the Henry County School District, our dedicated staff, high expectations, and commitment to the success of every student ensure a positive and enriching learning journey for all.

Henry County Schools want to recognize students and teachers whose dedication and hard work have resulted in continued academic success! Achieving a consistent B average (89%) on our state report card from one year to another demonstrates admirable persistence and a strong grasp of the material.
