EDUCATION

I attended Henry County Schools: Headland HeadStart, and Headland Elementary School.

I graduated from Headland High School in 1988.

I hold a B.S. degree in Secondary Education from Alabama State University.

I hold a Community College Leadership certification and a Master's in Education from Northcentral University.

EXPERIENCE

I have been teaching my entire career in Henry County. I taught two years of 8th grade English at Abbeville Middle School.

I taught 4 years of 5th grade (all subjects) at Headland Elementary School.

I taught 7th grade for 15 years.

I currently teach 9th grade English at Headland  Middle School.

BIO

 I was reared in Headland. I attended Henry County Schools. Upon graduating from Headland High, I attended Alabama State University where I obtained a B.S. degree in Secondary Education\Language Arts.

I live in Dothan with my husband, David; my daughters: Davida, Keana, and LaKevia and grandsons Kemarian and Ky'Muni.
